Charlene is a farm wife with two daughters who had lots of opportunities. One received two art degrees from Ball State and brought home pottery she had made and made her think she could do that too! 
Charlene has always appreciated pottery and got the chance to take classes for several years at the Art Museum in Lafayette. Great people to learn from and she enjoyed every minute. Cancer and Covid sidelined her lessons but she was able to put together a home studio that she is able to use. She mostly makes thrown functional pieces, and enjoys carving and cutting out pieces.
